Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75), including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and vehicle attributes.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers, apply work order numbers and routing labels, identify and flag “no key” vehicles, and provide proper sale identification windshield codes.
  • •Inspect and report transport damage as required; direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones.
  • •Remove and clear personal information from vehicles and reset/remove navigation and other saved data to comply with customer data privacy policies.
  • •Perform basic fit tunnel maintenance, support safety procedures and Safety Excellence initiatives, and assist with additional operational duties as assigned.
