Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide solutions to complex payer issues via phone, chat, and email with speed, professionalism, and empathy.
  • •Serve as the escalation point and content expert for Flywire payment offerings and products.
  • •Use data and context to represent payers’ needs within the CPE team and highlight optimization opportunities.
  • •Drive regional Payment Experience team directions, improving processes and scaling manual work using data analysis.
  • •Manage daily operations and execution: schedules, updates, training and quality review; coach and provide performance feedback to reach team goals.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of team supervision experience with at least 6 years in a customer support facing role, plus strong people management skills.

  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multi-tasking.
