Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to managers and employees with general process and policy questions, and guide them through specific employee situations.
  • •Assist managers in handling employee performance cases, accommodation requests, and employee-impacting reorganizations.
  • •Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through teamwork, data analysis, and process design.
  • •Build cross-functional relationships with partners across People and related teams including Employee Relations and Legal.
  • •Use HR systems and reporting tools to maintain data accuracy and integrity and conduct strategic analysis to identify trends and inform decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • •5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • •Experience supporting employees outside of the US (preferred).
  • •Ability to focus, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and unclear goals.
  • •Data-savvy with strong affinity for metrics, data analysis, and using HR systems.
