Job Summary

HR generalist role focusing on employee relations within RTX, providing complex advisory and transactional support across Total Rewards, Employee Benefits, and Retirals. You’ll be the primary ER expert for India, coaching managers, guiding policy interpretation, managing ER cases, and partnering with HRBPs to drive change, training, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide complex HR advisory and transactional support across all specialized Services.
•Act as the first point of contact for Managers requiring HR advice and guidance, ensuring excellent customer service.
•Provide coaching/consulting on Employee Relations policies, standards and procedures to Supervisors, Managers, Leaders and HR Business Partners.
•Be a source of expertise on India HR policy, process and procedure.
•Provide consulting to HRBPs on managing disciplinary matters and escalated cases, and offer strategic support on change management and culture issues.

Key Requirements

•Strong HR generalist skills with a focus on employee relations and exposure to Total Rewards/Employee benefits programs.
•Thorough understanding of employee grievance resolution, investigative methods, and HR policy and practices.
•Ability to listen carefully, probe and analyze data with sound judgment that meets organizational objectives.
•Ability to assess risk (including legal exposure) in employee issues and gain appropriate support/action.
•Experience in Total Rewards and Employee Relations, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
