Health, Safety, Security and Environment Advisor

Provide in-field HSSE support at the Fisherman Island Terminal, partnering with the HSSE Manager to deliver safety initiatives. Coach and mentor workers, advise leaders on WHS legislation, and promote a positive safety culture. Help plan and facilitate risk management activities (risk assessments, JSEAs, audits, inspections), maintain the GHSE system, support incident investigations and training needs, and monitor incident trends to support compliance.
