Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide field service engineering and technical assistance to customers for installation, startup, maintenance, repair, training, and modification of power transmission, distribution, and generation equipment.
  • •Deliver field service engineering, technical assistance, scheduling, and sales support for electrical power distribution equipment.
  • •Self-manage assigned customer projects and use knowledge of electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • •Perform complex engineering assignments such as equipment/product design, material testing, process studies, or research investigations.
  • •Provide technical training and ensure all work follows Eaton safety and environmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrician license or a post-secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • •Experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
  • •Experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
  • •Local business travel to customer sites required.
  • •Valid and unrestricted driver’s license, and legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
