Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive partner adoption of WordPress and other Automattic products and services.
  • •Resolve incoming partner requests with high precision and represent Automattic to partners.
  • •Work with partners to define website functionality in ambiguous contexts; own delivery timelines and outcomes.
  • •Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues, liaise with engineers when needed, and translate partner requests into WordPress requirements.
  • •Lead high-touch deployments or launches, including DNS configuration, domain transfers, data migrations, and integrations; respond to urgent incidents on partner sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000
