Job Summary

Creative Social Media Specialist to write, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for a Lisbon-based team. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and product launches. You’ll track metrics, stay ahead of trends, and manage multiple brand pages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
•Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages.
•Create meaningful and relevant comments to drive conversations and visibility. Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to follower interactions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives (product launches, hiring campaigns, etc.).
•Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 24,000 - 33,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Around 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.

•Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
•Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
