Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and execute window, pop-up, and specialty display programs and installations.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • •Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • •Analyze bid packages and vendor performance, and develop/manage project budgets with Finance.
  • •Coordinate with HQ Design teams and ensure technical specifications and installations meet company standards and guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of vendor management experience in visual experience and/or store planning in the retail industry.
  • •Proven project management experience, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
  • •Must be able to read architectural and shop drawings.
  • •Familiarity with CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software is preferred.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
