Sales Manager

Lead and develop a team of Provider Recruiting Associates to scale Nourish’s provider network and improve access to care. This hands-on player-coach role drives rep skill development, systematic coaching through call/meeting feedback, and weekly activity scorecard ownership. You’ll run parts of the hiring process, own onboarding and ramp milestones, implement performance management processes with the Director, and help build the playbook for a net-new motion.
