Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently support the project team during design and construction stages.
  • •Design air distribution, hydronic, and automated temperature controls systems and integrate complex mechanical requirements into facility designs.
  • •Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop drawings and specification documents for architects, contractors, and building owners.
  • •Track and coordinate mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Energy, Controls, Fire Protection/Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Fuel Oil Storage/Management/Distribution).
  • •Provide oversight of mechanical design, review drawings prior to issuance, select major equipment, develop specifications, and perform construction administration tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis.
