Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform design management and review structural designs for residential, commercial, and warehouse/industrial projects.
  • •Initiate value engineering and identify potential design and construction issues/constraints during early design stages.
  • •Review design criteria (including geotechnical properties, wind and seismic loads, loads, and fire protection) and ensure adequacy and code compliance.
  • •Provide direction to consultants to ensure complete structural deliverables and manage structural drawing documentation with architectural and MEP works.
  • •Coordinate and oversee onsite material testing and ensure close-out of technical and material submittals, including shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for drafting and technical drawings.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering principles to coordinate technical aspects and resolve design challenges.
  • •Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and QA/QC throughout design.
