Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the global firm, owning solution design and execution.
  • •Direct configuration, development, extensions, integrations, and reporting across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • •Architect ERP and M&A enablement, including integration efforts and M&A onboarding data migration frameworks and carve-in/carve-out strategies.
  • •Oversee architecture and integrations aligned to enterprise standards, including APIs/middleware/event-driven architectures and data models/governance/reporting strategies.
  • •Ensure SDLC/testing/release governance (traceability, design reviews, unit/SIT/regression/UAT, deployment) and lead technical teams while managing vendor/system integrator quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,500 - 359,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •12+ years delivering global enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • •Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy).
  • •Strong knowledge of Dynamics modules including Customer Engagement and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • •Hands-on experience with Dynamics architecture/customization frameworks, integrations (APIs, Azure Integration Services, middleware), and data migration/security/role configuration.
