Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead cost control for a programme on behalf of the Contracting Entity, ensuring effective management of project expenditure and compliance with contractual reimbursement principles. Manage and develop a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors while overseeing variations, monthly cashflow forecasting, retention, and liquidated damages. Build and maintain cost management strategy, monitor forecasted final costs, support contractor claims, and provide specialist advice on claims and disputes within construction and consultancy contracts.
