Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects, ensuring on-time and under-budget delivery for substations, transformers, switchgear, BESS, power distribution, UPS, generators, and low-voltage systems.
  • •Manage multi-discipline electrical construction projects in the field and office, acting as overall construction project manager and taking ownership of delivery.
  • •Perform project control tasks including electrical project scheduling, cost control, and commissioning coordination.
  • •Coordinate with electrical contractors, fabricators, OEMs, utilities, and internal customers; resolve design and construction conflicts in real time.
  • •Facilitate approvals (interconnection, permitting, environmental), coordinate equipment delivery/installation/testing through energization and turnover, and support electrical capacity planning and load growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in electrical construction, power systems engineering, substations, industrial/manufacturing electrical infrastructure, BESS, or facilities electrical management.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent electrical construction projects end-to-end, including scheduling, cost control, and commissioning coordination.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, safety programs, and quality control for high-voltage and industrial electrical work.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical systems (high-voltage substations, transformers, switchgear, BESS, UPS, generators, and low-voltage industrial/facility distribution) and ability to read one-lines and coordinate with engineers.
