Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Lead and manage mid- to large-scale geotechnical projects for major infrastructure and client work, from planning and subsurface investigation through design and construction. Provide specialized technical expertise across foundation design, slope stability, seepage analysis, retaining wall and settlement analyses, and ground improvement. Build and maintain client relationships, support proposal and business development efforts, implement QA/QC, and mentor junior engineers within the Germantown geotechnical team.
