Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on electronic and electrical equipment to support operational readiness and product performance.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot component-level faults using electronic and electrical test equipment.
  • •Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and analyze trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, test documentation, maintenance records, and investigation findings.
  • •Support integration, repair, and validation of field-returned products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Certificate III in Electronics (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience in Defence, Aviation, advanced manufacturing, or another highly regulated environment.
  • •Proven RF experience testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting RF and electronic systems at the component level.
  • •Strong fault-finding and root-cause analysis skills, including investigating test failures and interpreting results.
  • •Hands-on experience using electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analysers, and signal analysers for testing, verification, and repairs.
  • •Defence security clearance (or eligibility to obtain) and eligibility to be cleared for ITAR regulations.
