Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare orders for shipment, including printing labels and wrapping/strapping pallets and cartons while following packing instructions.
  • •Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure proper handling and communicate issues with scheduled shipments.
  • •Prepare manifests, bills of lading (BOL), and assist with international customs paperwork.
  • •Handle shipping transactions with secure and common carriers in accordance with security standards and schedule secured carriers for shipments and RMAs.
  • •Load/unload trucks and provide backup support for receiving and inventory tasks, including monitoring stock levels and notifying purchasing to reorder consumables.
