Job Summary

Serve as the technical bridge between Workday’s platform and strategic System Integrators and Frontier AI Model Providers to make agentic AI real for the enterprise. Architect bespoke pilot-to-production solutions, lead rapid prototyping in pre-production environments, and support agentic consumption forecasting. Ensure security, compliance, and privacy fit across customer IT ecosystems while feeding real SI/customer challenges back into Workday’s product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with System Integrators or Frontier AI Model Providers to co-innovate and design customer-specific AI roadmaps with measurable business value.
•Lead 4-week and 8-week pilot-to-production builds in pre-production/sandbox environments for partner customers.
•Support agentic consumption strategy by analyzing technical usage patterns and helping customers forecast long-term AI and platform needs.
•Navigate security, compliance, and data privacy requirements to ensure Workday AI fits into the customer’s broader IT ecosystem.
•Design integration strategies (including MCP and A2A) and act as a feedback loop to feed SI/customer challenges back into the development roadmap.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,200 - 243,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in technology solution design, enterprise software implementations, or digital transformation (7+ years for the Principal track; 5+ years for the Senior track).
•Workday experience (5+ years stated).
•Experience presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences (in-person and virtually).
•Experience working directly with Global System Integrators (GSIs) or Frontier AI Labs/Model Providers (4+ years for the Principal track; 2+ years for the Senior track).
•Ability to design production-ready, secure AI agents and frameworks, including agentic workflows and related concepts.
