Job Summary

Own KSA month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close while ensuring accurate statutory reporting, IFRS compliance (including IFRS 9/15/16), and adherence to SOCPA, ZATCA, and SAMA requirements. Lead treasury and liquidity management, manage external audits, and strengthen internal controls across finance processes. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations to enable new product launches and build a scalable KSA finance function.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for KSA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness (D+3 target), and completeness.
•Ensure compliance with IFRS (esp. IFRS 9, 15, 16), SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations, and SAMA reporting requirements.
•Oversee treasury and liquidity management for KSA, including bank accounts, merchant settlements, mandates, and payment approvals.
•Manage external audits and deliver audit-ready financials with complete documentation.
•Establish, document, and strengthen internal controls across all finance processes.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, or external audit, preferably in fintech, banking, or Big 4.
•Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Saudi tax regulations (Zakat, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax).
•Proven experience leading statutory audits and preparing IFRS financial statements with local adjustments.
•Experience handling regulatory submissions to authorities such as ZATCA, MOCI, and SAMA.
•Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
