Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the rating surveillance process for all KKR Insurance–structured transactions, including preparing rating agency packages and maintaining up-to-date deal models and asset performance data.
  • •Coordinate rating agency and stakeholder information requests, roll forward transaction models in Intex or Excel templates, and manage deal model updates.
  • •Monitor SPV asset management by tracking tests/triggers and monitoring rating actions to anticipate assumption changes.
  • •Evaluate structural changes to optimize capital (NAIC and BMA) and coordinate underlying document amendments with the transaction lead.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for TPAs and internal KKR Insurance teams, including monthly cashflow and income reconciliation for Ivy, Sidecar, and other measures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 4–6+ years of relevant experience at an asset manager, insurance company, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Understanding of structured asset-based finance investments.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with rigorous attention to detail and data integrity.
  • •Ability to work effectively with Portfolio Managers and senior management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with VBA and Visio experience a plus.
