Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in coordinating daily operations in the Wealth Centre's Bar, ensuring smooth communication between teams
  • •Understand all beverage items ordered, including ingredients, preparation methods and proper service
  • •Ensure that all beverage services are provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee that our guests enjoy the most pleasant overall experience
  • •Ensures silverware and chinaware are in good condition
  • •Maintain a culture in compliance with HSBC's values
  • •Provide support for company events, which may occasionally require weekend duties
  • •Assist with ad hoc duties when assigned

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • •Barista experience is preferred
  • •Holder of HK education (HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent) or higher diploma/degree
  • •Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
