Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Source and onboard strategic beauty merchants in France, building onboarding solutions and enabling mid- and long-term growth.
•Design and execute partner growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
•Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
•Analyze beauty market trends and subcategory performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities, and lead internal beauty ecosystem projects.

Key Requirements

•Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent.
•Strong interpersonal skills and communication with a customer service orientation in a client-facing role.
•Strong sense of social content.
•Deep understanding of the beauty market and creators ecosystem across France and ideally Europe, UK, and US.
•Fluent in English and French to communicate with stakeholders.
