Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of user access to systems for staff and customers.
  • •Maintain an auditable trail of actions to ensure accountability.
  • •Manage the RBAC matrix, adjusting processes for new or changing roles to prevent drift.
  • •Develop and maintain governance documentation with regular reviews and approvals.
  • •Proactively communicate issues to avoid bottlenecks, debt, or risks in IdAM operations.

  • •Maintain a full audit trail of actions to enable accountability through an audit.
