Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Coordinate marketing operations, campaign implementation, budgets, reporting, and maintain the marketing calendar. Help plan and deliver brand/partner/community events, including weekend support as needed. Manage and respond to social media across platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and analyze affiliate marketing performance to identify improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop, coordinate, and deliver marketing briefs and campaigns across multiple channels.
•Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing activities and operational requirements.
•Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaign implementation, including timelines, assets, and deliverables.
•Manage allocated campaign budgets, track spend, and support reporting and ROAS insights for supplier partners.
•Plan and support brand/partner/community events and manage social media content, monitoring engagement and responding in line with brand guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary degree or qualifications in Marketing and/or Graphic Design.
•Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
