Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using advanced simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated, high-quality refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
  • •Create simulation models for systems and components using advanced simulation tools; optimize models to reflect system behavior and performance.
  • •Conduct system performance analysis to identify potential issues and recommend improvement suggestions.
  • •Develop mathematical models that represent unit control logic and support standardized, modular model design.
  • •Advance intelligence in the refrigeration system development process by developing automation tools to optimize design workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer, or a related field.
  • •CET 6 (or equivalent) English proficiency with good written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
  • •Strong foundation in refrigeration principles and extensive experience in modeling and simulation of refrigeration systems and components.
  • •Experience with simulation/modeling using computer languages such as C++, Modelica, VBA, and Python (or equivalent).
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate effectively with other departments.
