Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate procurement activities for new and replacement products for customer requirements with category/procurement/product development/quality managers.
  • •Ensure required product documentation and declarations are available (e.g., quality certificates, REACH declarations, CoC).
  • •Facilitate procure-to-pay workflow: raise purchase orders within SLA for specified materials and consumables.
  • •Expedite purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and EU customs to avoid penalties.
  • •Manage supplier delivery query resolution, record supplier rejection information, and prepare monthly spend reports.
