Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for GTM business use cases.
  • •Develop AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows to improve sales productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • •Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures using trusted enterprise data, vector search, and source-grounded responses.
  • •Build and maintain LLM-powered applications that integrate with enterprise systems including CRM, data warehouses, APIs, and knowledge bases.
  • •Create evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails to reduce hallucinations, ensure safety, and continuously improve retrieval, model performance, cost, latency, and user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI engineering.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM, Generative AI, or Agentic AI applications.
  • •Strong Python programming experience and experience building production-grade APIs, services, automation workflows, or data-driven solutions.
  • •Experience with LLM app development including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector search, tool use, and agent orchestration frameworks.
