Service Project Specialist

Plan, coordinate, and support HVAC equipment start-up activities from kickoff through warranty follow-up. Serve as a liaison among service teams, equipment teams, contractors, controls providers, technicians, and customers to ensure safe, efficient execution to company/factory standards. Conduct jobsite walks and surveys, troubleshoot start-up issues, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate owner/operator training while supporting installation, commissioning, and service delivery for HVAC systems.
