Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end delivery management for content safety model training and evaluation data, from requirements analysis and solution design to execution and continuous optimization.
•Lead development and iteration of data production strategies by aligning business goals and data requirements across algorithm, product, and other teams.
•Establish and continuously optimize standardized processes, operational guidelines, and quality systems for data production, improving efficiency and stability via tooling and automation.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, identify and resolve blockers and risks, and ensure objectives are met.
•Build quality assessment and retrospective mechanisms using data monitoring, root cause analysis, and case studies to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
•Excellent logical thinking and problem decomposition; ability to grasp business needs and design practical, executable data production strategies.
•Strong full-cycle project management experience, including process design and standardization, with systems-thinking and solution architecture mindset.
•In-depth knowledge of machine learning and large-model data production pipelines, including data collection/annotation, model training, and model evaluation quality control points.
•Solid data analysis skills for process insight, including proficiency with SQL and Excel for analysis and retrospectives.
