Lead the Singapore GSOC Operation Centre for APAC and Europe, overseeing technical operations and people management. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Singapore GSOC Operation Centre for Asia Pacific and Europe, providing technical, operational, and people management oversight.
•Manage GSOC operations during incidents and crises, coordinating with other Physical Security teams and relevant stakeholders.
•Oversee tactical intelligence monitoring and analysis for regional security events, ensuring identification, assessment, escalation, and communication.
•Ensure timely and effective response to EmergencySOS activations and GSOC-managed alarm/incidents, focusing on response quality and escalation discipline.
•Develop and strengthen GSOC processes, including SOPs, QA framework, training and drills, and drive testing/procurement/training for new tools and capability improvements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in corporate security, GSOC operations, intelligence, crisis management, or a related field.
•Experience in a Security Operations Centre or similar 24/7 operational environment.
•Strong understanding of tactical intelligence monitoring, incident assessment, escalation, and security reporting across multiple regions.
•At least 2 years managing external vendors/outsourced teams and leading a team of 10+ people in an operational environment.
•Experience using tools such as X Pro (formerly TweetDeck), Everbridge VCC, Crisis24 TopoONE, Factal, and Dataminr, with strong stakeholder and communication skills.
