Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain network lab infrastructure, including racks, power, cabling, servers, storage, and network equipment.
  • •Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, routing, security policies, and connectivity issues.
  • •Support engineering teams by building test environments, managing lab resources and access, and resolving incidents within SLAs.
  • •Drive operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, reporting, process standardization, and infrastructure management tools.
  • •Maintain documentation and records (asset inventories, compliance records), and support audits, capacity planning, and operational reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in network operations, lab management, or data center environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Ethernet switching, and IP routing, plus network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
  • •Experience with enterprise networking vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell, or HPE.
  • •Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • •Linux and Windows server administration; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Network+/Linux+/ITIL Foundation) are desirable.
