E-Commerce Operations Associate (Coast Region)

Lead e-commerce fulfillment operations for the Coast Region by coordinating fulfillment teams, overseeing end-to-end order processing (picking, packing, labeling, dispatch), and tracking performance against KPIs like pick rate and on-time handover/delivery. Partner with store operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order delivery, enforce operational safety and quality controls, coach team members, and escalate delays, stock variances, or system errors using operational reporting.
