Global Sourcing Manager

Own end-to-end pre-operational procurement for new projects and greenfield sites, ensuring supply agreements, vendor relationships, and coverage are in place before go-live. Partner with engineering and technical teams to translate specifications into sourcing scope, run RFQs and competitive bids, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and manage first deliveries. Procure operating supplies, consumables, and non-construction capital spend, while leading cross-site consolidation savings and maintaining pricing/market intelligence inputs.
