Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with EMEA GTM leadership and account teams to design and drive technical GTM and adoption strategy for enterprise data warehouse migrations.
  • •Architect and continuously refine scalable migration processes, technical guides, and programmatic migration assets for field teams and partners.
  • •Build and integrate automated assessment tooling to evaluate customer migration progress and readiness.
  • •Act as the tier-3 technical escalation point for highly complex, strategic, or stalled migrations in must-win accounts across EMEA.
  • •Enable and scale the regional presales migration practice by mentoring and coaching Solutions Architects and Specialist Solutions Architects, and provide product/R&D feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of customer-facing pre-sales, architect, or consulting experience influencing technical executives and driving database modernization strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of legacy EDW and modernization architectures (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata).
  • •Ability to architect migration scope and progression from EDW to the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • •Hands-on lakehouse architecture experience with Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
  • •Experience designing big data architectures in major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
