Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning and analysis, including annual business plans, forecasting, reporting, and revenue analysis; ensure budgets are collaboratively developed and communicated.
  • •Evaluate company portfolios and develop strategies to maximize enterprise value, including targets and company-wide capital allocation strategy.
  • •Develop and track company-wide critical metrics and establish ROI metrics for major business expenditures.
  • •Partner with Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Sales leaders to identify, assess, and present strategic initiatives; drive alignment and control into spending processes.
  • •Manage executive-facing financial communications (weekly flash, quarterly performance, annual plan) and serve as liaison to the Finance Committee/board meetings; support Finance transformation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields in high-volume, complex manufacturing (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech preferred).
  • •At least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teams.
  • •Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •Additional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate and present clearly in English.
