Key Responsibilities

  • •Run assigned service bureau equipment as trained.
  • •Provide guidance on jobs to associates when the Production Supervisor is absent.
  • •Work with the supervisor to support customer directives, deliveries, changes, emergencies, and data/special file issues by printing accurately and efficiently.
  • •Use the ERP system to log time and materials accurately.
  • •Ensure quality standards are met by sampling, viewing, and checking jobs as processed; maintain inventory and pre-printed items and place service calls to technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; or four years of job-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Be able to stand for over 2/3 of the time daily.
  • •Use hands to finger/handle/feel for over 2/3 of the time daily.
  • •Reach with hands and arms and lift between 25 lbs and 50 lbs for 1/3 to 2/3 of the time daily.
  • •Have color vision to identify and distinguish colors for quality control standards.
