Senior Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Lead evidence-based strength and conditioning programs and supervise physical training for SOF personnel across units. Provide expert instruction, develop performance testing and initiatives, and coordinate safe return-to-training for injured personnel. Serve as the primary strength and conditioning representative, collaborate with sports medicine, rehabilitation, cognitive performance, and nutrition teams, and help establish SOPs and safe use of equipment. Maintain quality assurance and document training outcomes.
