Job Summary

Lead adidas Colombia’s Talent Acquisition strategy and operations, partnering with business leaders and HR to translate priorities into workforce and hiring plans. Oversee end-to-end recruiting across Corporate functions, the Technology & Digital Hub, and Global Business Services, balancing quality, speed, diversity, and a strong candidate/hiring manager experience. Own employer branding and early careers programs, while leading and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and improving recruiting KPIs with data and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Talent Acquisition strategy for Colombia aligned with business priorities and workforce plans, including end-to-end recruiting delivery.
•Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to anticipate talent needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
•Build talent pipelines for current and future needs across Corporate, Technology & Digital Hub, and GBS.
•Own local employer branding strategy and oversee internship and apprentice programs to strengthen employer visibility and early careers pipelines.
•Lead and develop a team of three Talent Acquisition professionals, monitor recruiting KPIs, and drive continuous improvements using data and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Requirements

•Talent Acquisition experience with people leadership and exposure to corporate and technology recruitment.
•Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.
•Solid understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and early careers programs.
•Data-driven and strategic mindset with strong project management, process improvement, and change management capabilities.
•Strong communication and team development skills; fluent in English.
