  • •Solve the team’s largest and most complex problems end-to-end, from technical design to launch.

  • •Partner across engineering teams to execute company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of full stack development experience using one or more of: Java, Scala, Node, JavaScript, React.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • •Deep experience in systems engineering at scale across testing, reliability, security, and observability.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience collaborating with and mentoring junior team members, and familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
