Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
  • •Partner as a trusted Solutions Architect to build technical credibility with stakeholders and drive product adoption and vision.
  • •Enable clients at scale through workshops and customer-facing collateral to increase technical knowledge and thought leadership.
  • •Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
  • •Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges in the mission-critical Lakebase product line, supporting customer success.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales, with a proven track record delivering client-facing solutions.
  • •Credibility influencing OLTP products and using market insight to shape and prioritize roadmap capabilities.
  • •Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems within broader Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
  • •Infrastructure, platform, and administration expertise across disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out, identity and security management, and migrations (vendor-to-vendor, on-prem to cloud).
  • •Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
