Operation Finance Controller (Shanghai, SH, CN, 200233)

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to deliver site financial performance and keep the operations finance programme on track. Lead transformation across sites by overseeing operations accounting management, driving KPIs, budgeting, cost savings, and accurate plant financials. Own capital expenditure reviews and weekly performance reporting, mentor local plant accountants, and support initiatives including Accelerate, M&A integrations, and ad hoc projects. Visit sites regularly (50% travel) and improve operating procedures and accounting policies.
