Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure product data and documentation are captured in the CM system with correct approval status.
  • •Identify and help resolve problems in data/document control procedures, systems, or tools.
  • •Provide guidance on document formatting and project file naming conventions (including electronic file names).
  • •Investigate CM issues and help formulate strategies for resolution, escalating within the CM team as needed.
  • •Support configuration control board activities and CM audits (including FCA, PCA, and Quality audits).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a project administrator, data administrator, or configuration controller (desirable).
  • •Experience working in the defence industry (advantageous).
  • •Expertise working with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool (advantageous).
  • •Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain NV1 clearance.
  • •Be eligible to be cleared for ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
