•Data analysis and preparation: Analyzing large operational datasets and preparing or annotating data to train or refine AI models.
•Documentation and process improvement: Mapping existing manual workflows, documenting new AI processes, and updating playbooks.
•Performance evaluation: Testing prototypes for accuracy, investigating root causes of issues, and tracking operational KPIs.
