Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management activities across the project lifecycle for major UK infrastructure programmes. Manage contracts and procurement processes, particularly under NEC frameworks, and oversee post-contract cost control including approvals, change management, and payments. Partner with clients and contractors to drive transparency, identify value engineering opportunities, and provide data-led estimates from early forecasts through detailed cost plans.
