Job Summary

Develop and optimize next-generation composite material systems and fabrication/forming techniques for the Composite Materials & Structures (CMS) team. Apply engineering principles to improve products and processes through design, fabrication, testing, evaluation, and implementation. Collect and analyze experimental data, maintain process documentation and control plans for production transitions, own critical composite specifications, support supplier evaluations, and follow lab safety, quality, and environmental procedures. On-site lab work in North Charleston.

•Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and process control plans for production transitions.

•Strong problem-solving and experimental skills to develop, analyze, test, and validate solutions for complex systems.
