Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and assess information on new and developing laws/regulations, share impacts with internal stakeholders, and develop the company’s position.
  • •Participate in trade associations and industry platforms to represent the company’s perspective on proposed requirement changes.
  • •Develop compliance assurance programs and procedures to support upcoming regulatory changes in partnership with HQ compliance teams.
  • •Assess and manage financial impact and compliance costs, including developing/updating financial management processes for future changes.
  • •Register and report required compliance data with authorities, coordinating with HQ and business group compliance teams and supporting data validation completion.
