Provide best-in-class retail customer service as a Mortgage Loan Officer by developing mortgage loan business through internal and external referral sources. Use consultative selling to advise clients on mortgage options and other financial products, guide customers through loan applications, and support the process from approval through closing. Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with loan origination partners to secure and verify underwriting-required information.
