  • •Develop and execute outcome-based pricing strategies across managed services, AI-enabled solutions, software, cloud, and emerging technology offerings.
  • •Architect innovative pricing models (subscription, consumption/usage, transaction, outcome-based, hybrid, and XaaS) for commercial offerings.
  • •Build executive-level financial models, investment analyses, revenue forecasts, and business cases to support product and offering prioritization.
  • •Partner with Solution Development, Capture, Business Development, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, and Marketing to create offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Advise leadership on commercial pricing trends, competitive intelligence, customer buying behavior, and monetization strategies while ensuring pricing remains compliant with evolving acquisition and contracting practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in pricing, pricing strategy, business strategy, capture, or proposal pricing within Federal markets.
  • •Experience developing pricing strategies for commercial technology offerings, including SaaS, cloud, AI-enabled solutions, managed services, software, or digital platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability designing innovative commercial pricing models such as subscription, usage/consumption-based, transaction-based, outcome-based, managed service, or hybrid offerings.
  • •Strong financial modeling and business case development experience, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • •Working knowledge of Federal acquisition regulations and commercial contracting practices, including FAR Part 12 and commercial item pricing concepts.
