Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead a differentiated global brand marketing strategy grounded in consumer insight and performance outcomes.
  • •Ensure consistent global brand storytelling across regions, channels, and touchpoints.
  • •Partner with regional marketing leaders (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to translate global strategy into locally relevant plans and establish governance frameworks.
  • •Build and lead a diverse, high-performing global marketing team and strengthen leadership bench and succession pipelines.
  • •Own budget management and Marketing ROI (MROI) effectiveness, continuously evaluate performance, and reprioritize investments based on market and business needs.

Salary: USD 303,264 - 379,080 annually

  • •15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a global, consumer-facing organization.
  • •10+ years in a senior executive role leading a global marketing team.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • •Proven ability to build and execute global brand strategies that drive measurable growth and brand equity.
